Our club is proud to sponsor and be involved with many community service and fundraising activities:
Kiwanis Kare Kits
Our club leads a giving project that provides hygiene kits to at-need students within the Stevens Point Area Public School District. The kits include essential personal hygiene items that are distributed by school counselors and social workers at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Funding for the kits comes from the club’s fundraisers and from a multitude of area sponsors. Read more details about this exciting program by clicking here.
Making a Difference Award
We recognize and present awards to one deserving sixth grade student from each of eleven area public and private elementary/middle schools every school year.
Nonperishable Food Collection
Each holiday season, members bring nonperishable foods to the noon lunch meetings. Donated items are given to Operation Bootstrap to help feed area families.
Bowl for Kid's Sake
Members form bowling teams to participate in a pledge-based fundraiser for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Portage County. Club members make pledges to support the two teams.
Bell-ringing for the Salvation Army
Each year, club members brave the cold to ‘ring the bell’ for the Salvation Army at a Stevens Point location.
Green Circle Trail
Our club keeps the Green Circle from Chase Bank to Bukolt Park litter-free. Members sign up each spring for weekly walk-throughs of this section.

Who We Support
It is our club’s practice to donate back to the community an amount each year that is at least as great as the net amount we bring in from fundraising activities. Organizations who have historically received our support include (click on the link below for more information, if available):
